i had a dream that i woke up and smelled burning plastic. when i got up i saw that there was a fire in the bathroom inside my house but it had been put out and everything in there was full of black soot and i immediately rushed to my baby's room which is right next to the bathroom that had been on fire and i grabbed my baby and yelled for my husband and ran out of the house. i called emergency services and my parents and they both arrived quickly. the firefighters were confused to see that there was no active fire but i explained to them that the bathroom smelled of an electric fire and showed them a specific wall in my house that was always hot and i suggested to the firefighters that there my be an issue with the electrical wiring in that spot which they seemed to agree with. in the dream i remember feeling frantic throughout and was worried about losing our belongings.
